Ceramic packings have
great advantage of acid-& heat-resistance.It can withstand almost
all kinds of acid up to 1000C，except HF acid,and be widely used
in the tower of dry,absorbing,cooling,washing and recover etc.in
chemical,petrochemical and metallurgical industry.

Metallic packings
Owing to its thin wall,low resistance,high void and
capacity,metallic packings have a high separation efficiency,and
applied to handle the thermalsensitive,hard to separation and easy
carbonized materials in the vacuum rectifying tower.
Random packings include conjugate ring,VSP ring, supper mini
ring,huatian cascade,huatian metal tower packing,pall ring,saddles,and twin
curved saddle.
Structured packings include annular gauze,perform grid amd
perforated corrugated plate.
Plastic packings
Plastic packings are in thin wall,low resistance,high void and
capacirty,They are light,reusable,easy to load and unload result in
low operation cost.They are suitable for washing,dusting and
absorption at low temperature.
Random packings:Conjugate ring,VSP ring,pall ring,huatian casade,
huatian saddles,Teller rosetter,heilex,polyhedral hollow balls.
Structured packings include oblique,gauze,perforated corrugated
plate.
Towers & The internals
Tower internals include packing support plate,hold-down plate,liquid
distrbutor,collector,redistributor and demistefr etcd.which are also
important to the packing towers.we can provide a complete set of
tower equipments for the users by their process conditions.
All internals can be installed and get out through manhole.the
diameter of manhole is 600~1000mm.
Acid resistant bricks and support
Acid-and heat-resistant bricks & tiles
All kinds of acid-and heat-resistant bricks and tiles can be widely
used in the construction of acid-resistant lining in
towers,tanks,reactors,pools,floors,disches etc.found in
chemical,metallurgical,and pyroelectric industries.
Packing support
Large hole-opening ceramic arch,dome and bridge are new packing
support structure used in dry and absorption tower in sulfuric acid
plant.They have great advantages over the former support in uniform
gas distribution,high strength amd stability,corrosion-resistance
and convenient for installation
