New Year Message by Chairman of the Board

Respected comrades and friends:
At the beginning of the new century, I,on behalf of our company, express our earnest gratitude and highest respects to friends who have cared for and supported us. After 27 years' trials and hardships, especially after the transformation into stock system in 1994, our company has made considerable development and has been the largest manufacturer of chemical filler in China. The market occupancy rate of our main products has reached 30%. What's more, our company is the first in this trade who passed the authentication of ISO9001 international quality system in Nov. 1998. In 1999, appraised by Foreign Economy and Trade Ministry, we obtained the autonomous power to engage in import and export and became a production base for foreign trade and export in Pingxiang city. In 2000, our output value reached RMB 65 million and our taxation RMB 11 million, which has drawn a satisfactory ending for the 20th century.

In the new century, we will keep on the principle of "Based on human being, guided by science and technology". Continuously we will appoint high-level talents, carry our standardization management a step forward, perfect our information network and the construction of other infrastructure. I believe: with vigorous supports from friends and unremitting efforts of our staff, we are bound to create new brilliant achievements in this new century.
